      Pros

      Amazing team (non managers), great cameraderie and support from colleagues. They give you all the support as managers dont (even though its not their job to do so)

      Cons

      Quite an unprofessional environment, in different ways: - Misogyny (managers and colleagues) openly make misogynistic remarks indirectly and directly to female members of staff - inappropriately personal discussions in staff common area - Managers could be more supportive.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
