      Pros

      Teams are amazing and super supportive, will work together really effectively and all focus is put on helping people sustain and be happy in employment.

      Cons

      the managers are lacking skills, people skills in particular and have no real care for their staff only budgets and targets, the targets are very tough and in some part not achievable

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
