      Pros

      Since becoming Invisage, we have good Managers, lots of autonomy and are treated like adults. Good team members and team spirit. Good ethos regarding quality of provision and ethics.

      Cons

      Some of the kit/comms contracts we have inherited from our previous incarnation are getting a bit dated.

      Cons

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
