Really great benefits package including private medical cover and additional holiday - you even get your birthday off! Decent rates of pay. Great development opportunities are available. Truly fantastic colleagues who are all bought into the ethos and values of the company and what it aims to achieve. I loved working here and left a better, more fulfilled and developed person.
Cons
Huge downsizing of corporate functions since 2017 has led to increased workloads and an inability to deliver the type of service once provided. It's a tough time for the industry, but the most recent reductions do feel counterintuitive and shortsighted. Ingeus is always in a constant state of change - it keeps things exciting but it also means you have little chance to assess/evaluate what has been done previously and learn from it.
