      I get a salary every month

      This company does not know what they are doing. There is absolutely no structure, they are constantly changing the way operations work. Have no clue who HR are, a lot of favouritism, if they like you, you get special treatment, a lot of managers have not ability to manage. A lot of threats if you don't do what they want you to do. They threaten to go back to 5 day working in the office, currently on 3 days in office and 2 days WFH. You only get 30 minutes lunch break even though we work 9 - 5. Don't work for RESTART Programme or Work and Health Programme. Go elsewhere and thank me later

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
