Pros
The office was 5 minuets from my house which enabled me to go home at lunchtime for a little cry.
Cons
This company employed two distinct types, real people who hate the management and pity the rubbish they have to put the poor sods referred to them by by the jobcentre on pain of loss of benefits and homelessness and starvation. The others are mindless drones who buy into the "self help book" pop psychology and have no power or status in the real world but get a kick from patronising and bullying the clients into submission. The managers are selected from the worst of these people and are truly unbelievable. I have never worked anywhere where intelligence will work against and make the job harder. I left without a job to go to because I just could not face that level of hypocrisy or stupidity any longer, I have never regretted it and felt like a different person almost immediately.
