      It saddens to to see the demise of this organisation. Management have SERIOUSLY lost the plot. The job is awful and no one gives a damn. Targets are serioulsy high given the clients. PDMs are bullied so they bully advisors. I am releived to have been offerred another job. The PDMs are not qualified for the role and advisors who would be good at the role are over looked! Senior management needs to go. Too many hangers on at the top. I am not sure what they are all doing!! Even the founder left!!!!

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
