      Pros

      Amazing team, genuine colleagues, people are passionate about what they do and making a difference. Management seem to be committed to find ways to allow flexible working. Good benefits e.g. health insurance, annual leave policy.

      Cons

      Pay could be more generous and there doesn't seem to be as many opportunities to progress compared to other organisations I've worked for in the sector.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
