      nothing is good with this company, looking for a way out

      Having worked for IAS/Atos before I can say that Ingeus is a horrible place to work, obsessed with targets, unsupportive, woke, full of slogans and meetings that mean nothing in the grand scheme of things, just patting each other on the shoulder for their 'values' which is bs corporate lingo. If you want to join them, don't. People who have been in this job for a long time are leaving or being pushed out, policies are a disaster including sickness policy, there is no support for parents, they want you to take unpaid leave for hospital appointments, total inflexibility and then they count your unpaid leave days and punish you for them.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
