      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time there, everyone is very helpful and nice. Teamwork is pushed and it's nice to feel like you're part of a team.

      Cons

      The pay is low but compared to other supermarkets it's actually not that bad. Raises are hard to come by though but that is pretty standard I think.

      Pros

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
