Pros
My coworkers, Supervisors, and OMs are a pleasure to work with. Drama is minimal. If you come in and do your job, you have nothing much to worry about except, of course, development opportunities to be an A-player or Team Lead.
Cons
The pay for this position is the same as the regular CSR agent so if you're looking to become a Supervisor, do not expect a pay increase until that second promotion happens. The bonus pay incentives only apply to A-players which the job listing states clearly. However, the criteria changed for A-player bonus after being hired and there is a monthly cap on how much of a bonus you actually earn. Feels like they moved the goal post with that. I was expecting to make $2 permanently added to my wage and the goal post was moved. Wages could definitely be more competitive. I do not recommend this job outside of busy seasons, especially as a contractor.
