    Pros

Theres no pros for this company its horrible

    Cons

Unorganized, They do not accommodate you for nothing at all and what best fits you, I attempted try to speak with leadership and they say they would get back to you and never do, they don't care at all and they only care about them selves...in the interview they said there would be schedule that would be available and they lied. They never advised that there was only 1 schedule that I had to commit to. Horrible company to work for don't waste your time unless you want to be lied to and handled carelessly.

    Advice to Management

Take better care of your employers and don't just worry about yourself. and when you say your going to get back to someone stick with it.. Oh and did I say unorganized. Get it together!

I have been working at Inktel full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

You can do what you want, with no management. The nice carpet, and break room.

    Cons

No professionalism, this place is very ghetto to work for. No professional management.

    Advice to Management

Please get it together, the company needs people who actually cares about a healthy workplace.

I worked at Inktel full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed the people I worked with and the account that I worked with was rather flexible. As long as you're able to do your job well and are on time you'll be fine. Also the schedules can be flexible as well.

    Cons

When things are at crunch time it can be extremely difficult for management to listen or help you out. Advancement opportunities are extremely limited. Turnover is rather high and certain accounts can sometimes be more stressful than the pay you get.

    Advice to Management

Incentives like raises instead of a possible monthly bonus would go a long way to ensure that not only do more people stay long term but also that the better talent will be motivated to move up and strengthen the company instead of seeking better positions.

    Pros

good people but the CEO sucks

    Cons

CEO sucks and doesnt want to pay people

    Advice to Management

Fight for your employees and your own pay the either pay you or spend a ton of money on training other people.

    Pros

    Fun environment to work in.

    Cons

No overtime, the calls are mostly angry callers, they switch you to different accounts without notice.

    Advice to Management

Offer overtime, no one can live off $10 an hour, unless they live with their parents.

I worked at Inktel full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

At the Doral,Fl location the kitchen hires a local man that will make virtually anything for you. When you got your break your meal would already be prepared leading to a less stress break.

    Cons

The trainers at the Doral location explain to you half of what you will be doing. When you have your graded weekly quality assurance call you will learn that there are other expectations of you that weren't previously described in training.

    Advice to Management

    Educate your trainers

I worked at Inktel full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay. The potential for advancement is there IF all of the previous people who are taking supervisor calls are leaving like when I was there and that's IF your team lead has the time to train you. If they have enough people to take the calls get comfy at you position.

    Cons

Too many people not enough functioning computers. A lot of the people who they hire are extremely childish its like being in high school all over again. That's also how the team leads treat you with ridiculous rules.
