*8months there. Top out of training and Top 70 in 6 months out of 500+ national sales team. For those who may think I wasn't good at my job and I missed a ton of time because of Fires 12/17 and Mudslide 01/18 while in training If you are looking to be just a number than this job is for you! Even in natural disasters (2017/2018) they don't care...you are just a number! The Headquarters is in the mecca of liberalism and you should hear all the whining 90% mangers and sales team do. One assistant sales manager didn't get promoted to sales manger and that team avoided helping the other sales team approve deals or answer questions for 2 weeks or were purposefully slow to respond. (other team sales manger and asst sales manager would approve deals if your teams managers were in meetings or not in the office) AZ people this company does not share our values nor will they treat you like so many other great Phoenix area company's ...Keep looking
