      Handcuff sales opportunities competing with own company Policies inhibit business relationships to be performed in a timely manner Management Turnover Rate Marketing is geared towards Inside Sales not Field Reps Quotas drastically increased and directly effects the amount of commission to be made

      - Great Team/Work Environment -Good Benefits and work/life balance -The best supervisors and team leads I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

      Cons

      -Many hats to wear sometimes, can lead to not feeling as if you can become a true expert at a concentrated role. -Little room for growth unless you are changing departments -Used to be fully remote and then switched to 'Hybrid'.
