Company is being ran into ground. It was such a great company to work for but now always threatened to be fired, micromanaged , all great management and upper leadership fired. It’s a roller coaster and always changing strategies that don’t work, all about the sale and not the patient any longer. It is so sad because great product and great people that call in but upper management sucked the life out of this company. It truly was a wonderful place to work many years ago and now I would say RUN! There is NO work/family balance. If you take off, you are at risk of being fired because your numbers are not as good. I am thankful for the years when it was good and thankful to now be gone. I thought I would be at Inogen until retirement but it is NOT the same and what a bummer because it was good.
