      Pros

      I love the people here. We are all very passionate about what we do and always want to perform for our clients and candidates. Our office has great energy and a true family feel. Walking through the doors here every day is unlike any other experience I have had in the past at previous positions. Our environment is extremely motivating, supportive, and loving. The tech industry is our forte and we are always looking for ways to better ourselves and give back to silicon valley's tech bomb.

      They look for any jobs that are available and are very responsive.

      Contract- there could be a month where you don’t get hours.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
