Cons
- Leadership was only concerned with telling the sales team what to do but their goal line was always changing. Felt like they didn't know what to do to grow sales so they'd just throw spaghetti to the wall to see what stuck. - Culture was not great. I mean, there were some amazing people but not on the sales leadership side. It had a "good old boys" club feel. And they expected sales to work as much as they needed. I got scolded for putting 15 minute breaks into my calendar after long meetings to wrap up in my CRM (being a CRM company you'd think it would be important), go to the bathroom, and grab water. - For how easy to use the system was, there were a ton of bugs and not fully baked systems
