      - Great manager and team (largely varies with each team at a large company like IAG, but I was lucky) - Comprehensive employee benefits (discounted insurance, wellbeing support, flexible work hours, partner company discounts i.e. JB Hi-Fi etc.) - Modern offices

      - Some process involve a fair bit of red tape, similar to other large financial organisations
