Pros
The culture is friendly and management tries their best to keep everyone at the company engaged. There is also a strong push to be as socially responsible as possible. The company donates quite a bit of money to social causes.
Cons
The pay is lower than it should be in comparison to other similar companies. The career plans at the company are vague and ill defined. Most of jobs here require special skills and they do their best to keep people where they are. This is good for job security but terrible for personal growth. The company is such a huge behemoth that making changes to keep up with the times is difficult.
