Pretty solid processes support most tasks here Offices are nicely kept up Work Life balance is pretty good. They generally don't overwork people Defined Benefit Pension
Cons
Tough to advance once you're beyond entry level Politics between Quebec and Ontario make coming to work a frustration Not great communication between senior management, and middle management They don't always walk the talk. Outsiders are not trusted, so it doesn't pay to be in a smaller division Quebec region plays for power, rather than the betterment of the company
