      Intact is an amazing place to work and they care about balancing work and life, while still offering a world-class work experience as an industry leader.

      Cons

      Intact will push you outside of you comfort zone (this isn't really a "con", it's just to make you aware that this is not an environment where you can be complacent or not expect to grow); you you enjoy being challenged and improving how you think and work, this is an amazing employer.
