Unfortunate RTO - Anonymous employee Intact Employee Review

The forced return to office is totally against what staff feedback said. They said they want to be carbon neutral, yet they babysit staff and make them sit in an office to do teams calls. The open office is very distracting for this & it really isn’t what any non management level staff wanted HR just says “this is the best balance for hybrid” but that’s not what staff. The sentiment has become very negative as a result
