      Pros

      The company really embodies its values, acts with integrity and treats people with respect.

      Cons

      Hybrid work could be more flexible. We worked remotely for 3 years with no issues and now have to be back in the office 2 days a week. This could be more flexible. There are no benefits to being in the office.
