      Casual dress code, nice office, cool setup, not micromanaged, good PTO and benefit structure

      Cons

      Annual merit increases for hourly employees were reduced from 4% to 1%, and they started hiring people for cheaper after a certain point. They also got a call center software that negatively impacted the ability to handle large volumes of inbound calls. It is very hard to become a successful broker, most new brokers don't make it to commission and either get terminated or eventually work as an LC.

      The lights were on, horrible energy though.

      The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
