Great work environment where people are more than willing to teach you the trade and help encourage you when the going gets tough
Cons
Cold calling can get tedious and you can get burnt out after a few months of minimal results. Not enough consistent business unless you land a large customer and build a great relationship. Difficult to build such a relationship over the phone rather than in person.

The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
