Pros
Great managers that actually care, great people willing to help, high earning potential, once you get on commission you can pretty much make your own hours (within reason) which is really nice, company is growing like a weed, plenty of growth opportunities, opening new offices across the US multiple times a year
Cons
If you want to succeed, its a never ending hamster wheel to bring in big money. Truck drivers can screw you over and you can lose a customer and a lot of money at any point in time. Risky
