Pros
IEL is the first place I have worked where it seems like the company genuinely cares about its software engineers. 100% remote working is possible, an environment that doesn't feel rushed, and colleagues that want to help you succeed are just 3 reasons why I have stayed at IEL for over a year so far. The generous PTO policy and benefits packages are the icing on the cake.
Cons
The only downsides I have seen thus far are ones that are pretty common to most corporations. For example, the company-mandated virus scanner software often causes problems with our development environments, we are not allowed to use Linux directly (only as a subsystem on Windows), and the Scrum/Agile structure actually leans more toward Waterfall development.
