      Pros

      I have been working here for almost a year now, and they are never getting rid of me!! Management is exceptional. Consistent, passionate, caring and patient. Constantly being taught and constantly learning. The culture here is everything a company should aspire to have. I plan on growing here for many more years to come.

      Cons

      Work life balance is a little difficult, especially the more you grow your own book of business, so this may pose an issue to some; but like anything else, the more you put in, the more you will get out of it.

      Pros

      The lights were on, horrible energy though.

      Cons

      The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
