      Pros

      IEL is a large company with a small company feel. The management is very attentive to the individual employees and make it that you will succeed if you put the work in. There is an unlimited earnings potential and its an overall great working enviroment.

      Cons

      I feel the insurance benefits could be slightly better for coverage. The training could focus more on logistics for new hires as far as learning the business and not just focusing on the sales aspect of it.

      Pros

      The lights were on, horrible energy though.

      Cons

      The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
