      Pros

      I've been here for a year and have really liked it so far. I have a great team and a very supportive manager who makes it a priority to help me with my growth opportunities here. As a salaried employee, I have the flexibility I need to get my work done and take care of the things I need.

      Cons

      Outside of my team, there is some disorganization within the management of other departments. This can make it somewhat difficult to coordinate projects and service the needs of others due to a lack of clear expectations and planning.

      The lights were on, horrible energy though.

      Cons

      The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
