Increased my hourly since I didn't want the health benefits

Everything. They only care about their client and not you their employee. I felt like I was in the 1930's- sent out to work hard, not appreciated and they took 40% of what the company paid them for my services. They don't stand behind promises. Agreed to reimburse me for some expenses on their behalf then said, sorry didn't get approval so I got stuck losing $75 dollars. They lost my application papers several times whether faxed or mailed. Kept coming back and asking for papers. I stopped sending copies it was costing me in fax charges and postage. Made me nervous on who could see my personal information. They have your address, ssn, dob, full name. All the stuff for ID fraud. I blocked them from my cell. I don't want anything to do with them. You need to make your own choices based on how you are treated by them.

Quite organized and professional for a contracting company

Cons

Lack of benefits - no PTO, no 401k, no paid federal holidays. You are just a billable resource. You will be underpaid. Better find another firm which is marketing for same role and submit your RTR through them
