      If you don’t know what to do after graduating with your bachelors here could be a start if you want a high paying job & to get your TS clearance.

      Cons

      If you’re lazy and don’t like standing on your feet all day this is not the job for you. If you don’t like odd or long working hours this is not the job for you. If you do not cope well with random change this is not the job for you.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
