      Management doesn’t care about you Supervisors don’t care about you Paychecks are always messed up If you don’t stay late on days they want you to, you get written up. Even if you have plans, they don’t care. It’s all about profit, they don’t care about the being of officers. Super high turnover rate

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
