      Sponsor TS Clearance, easy, can move up in rank if you try hard enough, pretty stable schedule depending on your post. You can learn to life some of the employees

      Some of the most unprofessional, childish, and arrogant idiots on the planet can get a job here as long as they have a pulse and a trigger finger for qualification. You may not get any help at all from leadership unless you are a cute female. *DUDES BE THIRSTY* There are some very childish people in this company.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
