      Pros

      Pay at the corporate office is decent with occasional free food.

      Cons

      You will get thrown in right off the bat with no training, it's fast paced, and I was yelled at by two managers, one for forgetting to bring some headsets and the other because there is such lack of communication within the managers.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
