      Great pay, decent coworkers, easy work

      Cons

      Scheduling. You can't make any plans around work because of the inconsistency. Work Monday through Friday this week? next week you'll work monday, wednesday, Saturday and sunday. Mandatory over time but you'll never get it when you actually want it.

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
