Pros

- My team and I are constantly being recognized for the work we put into bringing in quality security officers in a timely manner; - Hard work and commitment does seem to pay off - I've been promoted 2 times since I got hired 9 months ago as an entry level recruiter. - My team and I are allowed to find ways to improve the process we use on a daily or long-term basis and are encouraged to do so; - Our managers are supportive and help us in whichever ways they can to make us feel comfortable and well equipped for the job at hand; - The workplace environment is susceptible to friendly attitudes, and good communication - it does feel at times like we're a big family, from the "bottom" to the "top" - with one goal in mind - provide the highest quality security services.

Cons

- The security industry can sometimes be a lot of work and no play - this hasn't been my experience at Inter-Con - there's always room for good fun, it's even encouraged, as long as the duties are done correctly and on time.

Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
