      Pros

      The trainers for orientation are top notch, that is all. if you have to work for them, its best as a contractor that barely has to have interaction with the main office because they are stupid.

      Cons

      constantly lied to us, our paychecks were missing money always, at the end of the contract we had to sue them. they would rather get sued then make things right.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
