      Staff on site are supportive and good to work with.

      Cons

      Recruiter will lie to you to get you onboard. You will be given an offer letter for a certain position and/or employment type and it will be changed or downgraded once you have completed training. The above happened to me and to employees hired after me. HR was informed of this. This culture is one that I am not supportive of and decided to leave the company.

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
