      Pros

      From day one from the interview to my on boarding experience, training everything has been impeccable. Inter- Con is a great company and really cares about its employees and clients. One of the most professional security companies in San Antonio. Great wages for armed and unarmed security guards and advancement opportunities.I would 10/10 recommend this security company to someone looking for a long term security job.

      May work in inclement weather conditions.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
