Pros

The only Pro that I’ve seen so far is my wages

Cons

Where do I begin. I was given uniforms, deducted from my wages, but was not given the opportunity to try different sizes to get an accurate fit. Whatever I was issued, I was stuck with. There’s NO seamstress available to tailor them. I had to pay for my OWN pants to be hemmed. And it’s expensive. My belt and shoes were too small but was told to deal with it on my own. I was issued an oversized winter jacket, but yellow safety vests nor wind breakers aren’t available. No Post Orders available either. No sick time, separate from vacation, available. Holiday pay not available unless you physically work the holiday. One week of vacation a year, nothing more, industry standard. No Site phone available, you MUST utilize your own phone.

Pros

Only pro is being salaried

Cons

Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
