      Calling in is very is easy and don't have to deal with MODs trying to persuade you to come in anyway. Scheduling is very easy to with and is very understanding of any situation you may have.

      Cons

      Managers and commanders are sometimes not on the same page. So one commander will say one thing and then another will say something else.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
