      Love the company so far appreciate the opportunity

      Cons

      I was promised a graveyard post at hire because I was starting school in the fall I was put on swing the pay was fine the hrs was all wrong for school I was then moved to a morning post which dropped my pay and hrs… I have yet to be on a grave post

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
