Culture of fear, lack of collaboration. The company goes out of its way to hire "the best," yet it has no interest in them or their contributions once they are there. No one dares speak up about anything for fear of getting fired. Even people who have been there for 20 years can just all of a sudden be gone. It is also a true family company. Many members of the owner's family work there.
