Pros

Challenging work environment, learned a great deal from the then experienced staff and formed a lot of lasting friendships. The Development team would be an interesting area to work in should anyone have the opportunity to do so.

Cons

Introduction of senior management approximately 4 years ago has been the complete downfall of the APAC region. Australia in particular has unfortunately been exposed to and suffered the ill effects of nepotism and misdirected scruitinization. Morale is at its lowest throughout the office due to poor management and an ineffective HR department. As a result there has been a significant departure of a number of experienced staff The company is unlikely to deliver on current commitments due to this loss of staff and lack now of experienced individuals. Other regions have a friendly, supportive work environment and boast good staff retention, so it has been disappointing to witness and experience the opposite in APAC and perplexing as to why the head office in the US do not act upon it or hold anyone accountable.
