Pros

Work life balance. Free lunch, but eat at desk culture and less than one hour for lunch.

Cons

You get monitored by your own colleagues and dedicated teams hired to monitor what are you doing every minute.

Pros

Good benefits (50% up to 5% 401k match, paid lunches, fully paid medical plan). Work-life balance is decent; it's rare to be asked to work more than a 45-hour week. It's a good place to break into fintech, particularly in client services.

Cons

A largely uncollaborative and sometimes toxic corporate culture outside of client services. Unless your name carries weight with management, your colleagues, even at lower levels, can be unresponsive or downright hostile, making it difficult to accomplish anything. Upward mobility and career development opportunities are limited, which reflects the company’s focus on automation and a lean operating model.
