Pros

Informal; casual regular events to improve interest and aptitude for branding friendly (for the most part)

Cons

Some employees have a sense of entitlement specially the sorority types They treat freelancers shabbily; and sometimes pay is delayed New CFO is turning things and procedures a bit. He is good but the changes are disconcerting. Promotions are not structural and are based on those who have a say. In short you have to suck up..

Pros

-Fun, smart people -Big name clients and (some) interesting projects -Decent work-life balance (but this is not true for everyone/ every role)

Cons

-Lots of change and many rounds of layoffs in the last year+ -Many big-egoed senior leaders who are difficult to work with and do not care about team's development -Projects can become very rinse and repeat; ultimately most clients have the same fundamental brand problems -Recent austerity measures due to IPG acquisition + internal politics = VERY slow to promote people -Once you reach a certain level, your growth maxes out unless you are buddies with the CEO and able to get into a global leadership position -Mandated 3 days/week in-office for ALL employees regardless of role, situation, or location
