      You get 20 days of PTO

      Cons

      Commission structure is ridiculous. 100% is considered under performing. Middle management is a joke and they rarely listen to employee feedback but they will micromanage you on a daily basis. Impossible to get projects completed in a timely fashion. Engineering is not held accountable on company wide SOPs making it near impossible for sales to make commission. You’re required to work on your PTO

      Good hours and schedule, Quiet work environment, Potential for hybrid work opportunities

      Cons

      Limited training when starting the role, Unclear expectations and communication from management, Asking questions felt discouraged at times, Lack of feedback before contract ended, Did not feel comfortable seeking clarification, Inconsistent expectations around independence, Workload could be slow with periods of downtime
