There is no progression, minimum wage, minimum breaks given, some management and senior staff that abuse their authority and choose junior staff to bully, will talk badly of their subordinates openly to other senior staff , staff will write junior staff up for small mistakes and get awarded with promotions, but the hardest workers in labs I rarely saw promoted. The field services department has horrible management with poor communication about offshore trips, offers no support, no training manager, project coordinators are never experienced, and a big problem with micromanagement.
