      Let me think… still thinking.. ok base salary I guess is one thing.

      Cons

      Most things, a terrible place to work. One of the worst management cultures I have come across. Most managers sit behind closed doors for days on end, even in HR. It is quite an elitistic place where who you know is more important than what you know. Just look at the employment history of the CEO’s team. Experience gained in other companies is not valued and staff is looked at like chess pieces that can be moved around as management sees fit. Aviod!

      Good group of people in local office.

      Cons

      Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
